KWIDHome Customer Care – Returns & Exchanges
KWIDHome stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unused condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached, and purchased within the last 30 days from the original invoice date. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by KWIDHome. Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Initiate Your Request
To begin a return or exchange for eligible items, please visit our online returns portal at kwidhome.com/returns to generate your authorization and instructions. You will need your original order number and email address used for the purchase.
2. Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and tags. Please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip inside the package. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and insuring your package for its full value, as you are responsible for the item until it is received at our fulfillment center.
3. Send Your Package
Ship your return package to the address provided in your return authorization instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item shipped). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your eligible item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange, please initiate a return as described above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the requested exchange item to you. Please note that additional charges may apply if the exchange item has a higher price than the original item purchased.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that refunds do not include original shipping charges.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.
- Gift cards.
- Items not in original condition, used, damaged, or missing tags.
- Items purchased outside of the 30-day return window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement or refund upon receipt and inspection of the incorrect item.
International Orders
International returns and exchanges must be initiated through our online portal. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value only, excluding original shipping, duties, and taxes.
Gifts
If the item was a gift and you would like to make a return, the refund will be issued in the form of a KWIDHome store credit to the original purchaser. Please have the order number available to process the return.
